Is VIVA reserved for Khojas?
Yes. VIVA is reserved for singles of the Khoja Shia Ithna Asheri community, anywhere in the world.
How does verification work?
In the app settings, you scan an official ID and take a live selfie. A certified, trusted third-party verification provider checks document authenticity and facial match; your profile then receives the "verified" badge. VIVA only stores the verification status and date; your ID, selfie, and biometric data remain with our trusted partner only for the duration required for verification and fraud prevention, before being deleted. Verification is optional: without it, only the badge is missing.
How much does VIVA cost?
€14.99 a month in Europe and elsewhere, $14.99 in the United States and Canada, 75,000 Ar in Madagascar — all included, one subscription. You subscribe in the app once it opens, and the first month is free for members who signed up before launch.
How many profiles will I see?
Three a day, at 7 pm: two profiles that fit your criteria and one discovery.
What is a matchmaker?
A trusted person from the community, appointed by VIVA, who can introduce you to someone they know outside the app. You choose, in the app, whether you accept to be approached by one.
What do you do with my data?
It is used to present you with compatible profiles, nothing else. You can ask for its deletion at any time. Read the privacy policy
